A Good Day

Yesterday was Stake Temple day. Richard meet me at work and we went to the Temple. It was really nice to see so many people that I know an love in the Temple.
I did my grandmother's sister and Richard did her brother. It was really touching.
By the way Jeanette, if you read this. Josh Fisher sent in his mission papers. He should hear back in a few weeks.
The problem with going to the Temple and them having to go to work today is that I'm really tired. But I'm sure I'll survive.
It's raining so I guess I won't ride my bike. Which is fine, because of the previously mentioned tiredness. Maybe I will feel less tired after my shower. Okay...off I go.
Have a wonderful day.
Love to you all.

A good day

Yesterday was a good day. My son called while I was eating lunch and we had a really nice chat. Nothing really important. At one point he was interrupted and had to talk to someone else who was there with him and I was just listening. I couldn't hear both sides of the conversation and it really didn't matter. My thought at the time was that I just like hearing his voice. Lame as it sounds it is true.
All of my children are going to be in Utah this weekend. How I wish I could be there too. But, it is not to be. I will have to wait until December for all of us to be together again.
Well, must get ready to go to work. I am riding my bike to work.
Love to you all.

Before I die

Yesterday at Church in the Family History Library there was a picture of the San Diego Temple. Someone said "What Temple is that?" "The San Diego" came the reply. I made the statement that it is one of the Temples I want to see before I die. We had a small discussion on that and I decided that I would put a list here of the things I want to do (that I have not done) before I die.
In no particular order.
• Visit the San Diego Temple
• Go to Europe
• Visit New York City
• Visit Washington D.C.
• Visit the Navoo Temple
• Go to my Grandchildren's Temple weddings
• Go to a Tropical Island (Hawaii or Tahiti)
I believe it is all doable. The N.Y., D.C., Navoo Temple could all be done on the same trip.
Well, you all have a great day! I'm off to the gym.

The Newspaper

Maybe I'm being unreasonable.
There is one section of the newspaper that I like to read. The Editorial page. My favorite part is the letters, but I also enjoy the columns and articles. So, why is it so hard to get that section of the paper? I NEVER get to read it the day is comes out because Richard takes it with him to work to read on the train. I'm okay with that. But when he leaves yesterdays paper on the floor for me to pick up the least he could do is leave the whole paper not just a part of it.
Today I found the front part of the "Metro" section and when I turned to go to the Editorial section, it wasn't there. I looked through the pile of papers and no, it is not there.
I don't get to read the paper, but yet I'm the one to pick it up off the floor, or the couch or the table, wherever it is left. I am sick of it.
I know that it is just the newspaper, but I just would like to read it. Am I being unreasonable?
(Side note: I know that no one will actually read this, let alone answer that, because really who cares?)
